Donation to Hinz&Kunzt

In an exciting talk by Sybille Arendt last Thursday, our listeners were given exclusive behind-the-scenes insights to the hamburger street magazine Hinz&Kunzt. Sybille works for Hinz&Kunzt in the field of public relations and brought us closer to the stories of the homeless and the concept of the non-profit company. It quickly became clear that due to the current exceptional situation, homeless people lack a lot of things, but especially in the areas of the food supply.

As a thank you to Sybille Arendt for sharing these moving stories and exciting knowledge, the Rotaract Club Hamburg has set up a project to support these people in need, especially in these difficult times.

In cooperation with the Edeka market “Meyer’s Frischecenter” and the Rotary Club Hamburg, our club was able to organize an extremely generous donation for the homeless sellers of the street magazine, in which a total of more than 300 liters of fruit juice drinks were realized.

On 21rst of April 2020 the official handover with Hinz&Kunzt took place, where we were proud to be there and to experience the joy of our donation.

Every one of us counts! That is why we must help each other and be there for each other as is just possible. So THANK YOU! Thanks to all those who think along and help.

Would you like to do something for those who are currently having a hard time too? Then click here and you will be directed to the Hinz&Kunzt site where you can make a donation.

You can also read the latest publication of the magazine online here. Have fun!
